For the membership fee, please prepare a cheque payable to “HKPUECA” and mail it to us, the mail address will be send to your email provided in the application form, please make sure you have your email typed in correctly before you submit this application.

有關會員會費, 請給我們郵寄支票, 支票台頭請寫”HKPUECA”。支票的郵寄地址我們會發到你在申請表上寫的電郵地址, 請你在提交這份申請表前確保你提供的電郵正確。
